Custom LEGO City Fire Station FINISHED MOC!

Image
Hello, guys! Finally! Our new custom LEGO city fire station MOC is finished! Check out the video to see it. We would like to give a shout out to JC of Small Brick City. He inspired us to make this re-MOC and we applied the tips and tricks he taught in his channel. Check out his channel and subscribe because it gives a lot of practical value to LEGO builders. This is actually a late post in this blog the video was already published last month. Sorry! That's it for now and see you guys in the next post!

Custom LEGO City Fire Station Building Begins! MOC Building Part 1

Image
And so it begins! Hi guys! Like we said in a previous video, we're planning to re-MOC our Heroville City Fire Station, and it had just begun! This is part 1 of the video series and we hope you join us for the rest of the journey. Please subscribe to our YouTube channel if you haven't done it yet. Thank you so much

EPIC FAIL! MOC LEGO Fire Station

Image
Hi guys! In this post we feature a video talking about our MOC Fire Station in our Heroville City.  This is the very first MOC we made for our city back in 2013 when we first started collecting LEGO and other brick brands. We initially made this as a hotel we called " Marina Bay Hotel " before we converted it into a fire station. We intend to re-MOC this build as we have learned a lot about modular building techniques and to also improve its facilities and amenities for the minifigures, such as making a garage, giving it proper access to the second floor, providing communications equipment, and so forth. Hope you guys enjoy watching this! Thanks!

LEGO Tutorials: How to Build a LEGO Police Car and a LEGO Kitchen

Image
Hello, everybody! It has been a while since we posted here in our blog. For this post, I want to feature two of our most recent YouTube videos under our LEGO Tutorial series.  The first one talks about How to Build a LEGO Police Car, where I teach how to build one with the inspiration coming from Emmet's small car in the first Lego Movie. It's a super easy build that anyone can easily follow as long as they have the parts. =) The second one features How to Build a LEGO Kitchen. I teach there an easy kitchen build, which we used in our MOC Fire Station in our Heroville City. I hope you enjoy watching these videos! If you have any suggestions on what tutorial we do next, please share them in the comments. Thanks!

MOC McDonald's [VIDEO]

Image
Hello, guys! This is another one of our MOCs (My Own Creation), and it is a small McDonald's fast food restaurant. Like our MOC Convenience Store and MOC Coffee Shop, it is 16 x 16 in size, which is a quarter of baseplate.   The building is made up of a combination of Lego, Enlighten, and Sluban bricks. We hope you enjoy this video! Please subscribe to our channel! Thanks!

MOC Coffee Shop [VIDEO]

Image
Hello, guys! Finally, a video of our MOC Coffee Shop we made way back then! There's not much difference from the original creation, only perhaps the coffee dispenser. :) We hope you enjoy this video. Please subscribe to our YouTube channel and stay tuned for more videos! Bye, guys!

Lego City Tour - JANUARY 2019 - Part 3 [VIDEO]

Image
Hello, everybody! Here is the third and last part of our January 2019 Lego City Tour series.  In this video, we covered the Central Business District of our Lego city called "Heroville." We also talked about some of the vehicles in the city, particularly our camper vans which we are quite fond of. As always, we hope you enjoy this video and please stay tuned for more! Blessings!

Lego City Tour - JANUARY 2019 - Part 1 [VIDEO]

Image
Hello, everybody! We just posted a second video in our YouTube channel, and it is our first Lego City tour. We decided to cut the whole thing into separate parts because the video would take too long as a whole. My daughter and I named our city "Heroville." She said it was because there are so many heroes in our city. For part one, Ryah and I covered the Castle/Princess area, our MOC Zoo , and the Oceanside/Beach area.  Hope you enjoy this one! Blessings!

Creating our own MOC Zoo

Image
Hi, everyone! Hope you are all having an amazing day! I want to share here the first photos of our MOC Zoo. This is just a simple build based on the parts we have on hand. Super simple and please don't mind some of the color schemes. :)  We don't have any wild animals yet, except for the large bear included in the Lego Vacation Getaway (31052) set.  We used a combination of Lego bricks and other brick brands for this MOC, again whatever are available. More photos to come. Hope you enjoy this small peek of our MOC Zoo. Take care! Overhead view of our zoo layout. The zoo entrance. Some minifigures are already in line to buy tickets! :) The ticket booth on the entrance. Immediately to the left of the entrance is the small food court. As of now, only fresh fruits, fruit jams, and sandwiches are available. To the right of the entrance are the animal enclosures. They are not really enclosures, actually! :) The horse stable located on the fa...

A Lego Love Story

Image
Hi, guys! Raymund here and I'm going to share to you my first attempt at a Lego music video. I titled it "A Lego Love Story" and it was inspired by some of the photos of our Lego City I took this morning. Music is "Antukin" by Rico Blanco. I hope you enjoy it!

Lego City Temporary Layout

Image
Hello there and good day! We temporary re-placed our Lego City to the room where I work (I'm a work-from-home online writer, if you're curious). It is very temporary as we plan to separate it into three layouts: one for me, the daddy, which we will call "Marina Bay", one for Ryah, to be called "Heartlake City", and one for my son, Rafa, which will be the "Jurassic World" theme park. Here are some photos of our new layout. Enjoy! (Excuse us for the poor lighting as we are just getting ready to also replace them.)  Note: My daughter took the last photo. :)

Ryah's first Lego test video

Ryah's Lego Town Update #1

Image
Finally, here is a first look at Ryah's own, separate Lego town layout. A few weeks ago we have decided to have our own separate Lego layouts and it went on quite well. :) Maybe in the future we will merge both layouts again. Although it was faintly featured in our last post , this is the first time that Ryah's layout is going to be featured in detail. Her layout is still called Marina Bay, and it's my own layout that would need a new name. :) Without further ado, here it is: Full view of Ryah's Lego town, Marina Bay. It is divided into three sections. The first one is the beach section. Enlighten pirate set with a colorful parrot and a walrus from Kinder Surprise. Ryah likes to add Kinder Surprise toys in her Lego layout. The Dolphin Cruiser. At the foreground is Mia driving the water scooter pulling Maya on the water skis. Closer look on Mia and Maya. Imitation of friends characters from S-World (China). Andrew driving the Dolphin Cru...
