Town Update #6: Beachside Apartment and Lego Friends Macaw's Fountain
Hi there, everyone! It's Raymund here and it's been awhile since our last update. The reason is simply that there are no new updates to show. But today, we got two new structures in our Lego town.
The first one, and one that I liked so much, is a beachside apartment set from Wange. We only got the set for the structure and we didn't bother to build the minifigures. Again, one of our rules is to only have Lego minifigures in our Lego town.
It fits perfectly in the small seaside section of Marina Bay, in between the Coast Guard station and the surfing kiosk.
It is a three-storey, small apartment building that comes with a long black and gray awning, in which houses two benches. Perfect for a nice sunny day at the beach.
The second new structure is actually a standard Lego Friends set called Macaw's Fountain. This one was chosen by Ryah because she has a thing for Macaw's. :)
We named her Jewel, after the character in Rio. :)
Our Lego town is slowly getting crowded and we might be needing a bigger table to accommodate more of our planned structures such as the town hall, a beachside diner, firefighter's kiosk, clinic, and more residential houses.
For the meantime, here are more pictures of the current setup of our Marina Bay Lego town.
